Job Description

Support end-to-end business development activities including lead generation, client acquisition, and basic account management. Execute inside sales activities to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and conversions. Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns across different industries and regions. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives. Work closely with senior leadership, marketing teams, and external partners to support growth initiatives. Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, sales activities, and pipeline status. Follow up with prospects, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate with senior team members for closures. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs. Prepare periodic sales reports, lead status updates, and performance summaries. Handle client communication, feedback, and basic issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Support account management activities to build long-term client relationships. Follow defined sales processes and contribute ideas for process improvement.
