We are seeking a proactive Customer-focused Assistant Administrative Manager with a focus on Client Interaction to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves responding to calls, emails, and chat queries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting overall service and operational support , while working closely with internal teams. Must be a Post Graduate in Engineering / Administration or a related field Female Candidates with 2 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or account management. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Manager in daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring office procedures are followed. Meet and interact with clients to promote our products (Mobile Apps, Software, Data tools etc.) Deliver engaging product demos using PowerPoint, Videos, or other media. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Handle administrative tasks like check emails, follow up on letters/queries, and manage Office related works. Should be Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel etc
