Sales Lead Generation Promote offerings, convert prospects, and meet daily/weekly call volume and sales targets. Skills Qualifications Communication Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication style. Sales Acumen Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection and work under pressure. Technical Skills Proficiency with telecalling software, CRM tools, and basic computer/data entry. Education High school diploma or equivalent degrees in marketing/communications are a plus.
